My Tho
The first day on my bike, I cycled about 70 kilometers from Saigon down to My Tho in the Delta. Nice bike lanes down National Highway 1 and many locals to chat with.
Time for a break. No problem, food and drink is everywhere.
Traveling by bike is the best way to get around in Vietnam. I met many great people along the way.
My Tho is a great little city located on the Mekong. The food is fantastic and it is a good jumping-off point for exploring the Delta by boat.
